HOW MUCH DO SESSIONS COST? DO YOU BILL INSURANCE? HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?

YOU OFFER TRADITIONAL PSYCHOTHERAPY AS WELL AS LIFE COACHING; WHICH ONE IS BEST FOR ME? 

Therapy sessions are one hour long and are $120 per session.  I do not bill insurance directly, but can provide clients with a superbill to submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement.  

During your first session, we will discuss what your goals are and what you hope to gain from treatment, which will help you decide if you are wanting therapy or life coaching.  Life coaching is focused more on setting specific goals and making life changes to achieve those goals, while therapy tends to focus more on healing and overall well-being.  

Your first session will consist of completing intake paperwork, reviewing your hopes and goals for therapy and gathering history and other relevant information.  You can share as much or as little as you are comfortable with.  It is YOUR time and space.
