Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 22, 2026
All purchases and payments made to Rooted Serenity Wellness are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by law.
Coaching Packages and Services
Payments for coaching packages, individual sessions, corporate wellness services, workshops, and other services are nonrefundable, including when a client chooses not to complete or use the purchased services. Coaching packages may not be transferred to another person.
Rescheduling and missed appointments are governed by the cancellation terms contained in the applicable service agreement or informed-consent documents.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Membership fees are billed automatically until canceled. You may cancel your membership at any time using the cancellation method available through your account or by contacting Rooted Serenity.
To avoid the next scheduled charge, cancellation must be completed at least 14 days before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a refund or prorated credit for amounts already paid. Membership benefits remain available through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Digital Products and Resources
Digital downloads, courses, recordings, worksheets, membership-vault materials, and other digital resources are nonrefundable once purchased or access has been provided.
Exceptions
If Rooted Serenity cancels a prepaid service and cannot reasonably reschedule or provide it, the client may receive a refund or credit for the affected service. Nothing in this policy limits any nonwaivable rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
