and relationship difficulties with the support of a licensed professional.
Tailored to the needs of each individual, couple, or family.

Individual Therapy
For anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, or symptoms connected to significant life experiences.
Together, we explore the underlying patterns, beliefs, and experiences affecting your emotional well-being and daily functioning.
Designed to promote healing, healthier coping, improved functioning, and lasting change.

Couples Therapy
For ongoing conflict, emotional disconnection, communication breakdowns, breaches of trust, or intimacy concerns.
We look beneath the surface of recurring disagreements to understand the emotions, attachment needs, and past experiences influencing how you relate to one another.
A structured, neutral space where both partners can actually feel heard.

Premarital Counseling
For couples building the foundation before the marriage, not after.
Communication, conflict, intimacy, finances, family dynamics, and shared expectations, plus how attachment styles, previous relationships, and family-of-origin experiences could influence the marriage.
The goal is to strengthen how you navigate conflict and build a healthier emotional foundation for your life together.

Family Therapy
For persistent conflict, communication difficulties, behavioral concerns, parenting challenges, trauma, separation, loss, or a significant family transition.
Rather than focusing on one individual, family therapy examines the patterns and dynamics occurring within the family system.
So family members understand one another, interrupt unhealthy cycles, and build safer, more supportive relationships.

Therapy:
Therapy is where you understand your pain,
heal what's been wounded, and see how
your past is still shaping your present.

Meet Kiley, LMFT 53739
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with clinical experience spanning both private practice and the corporate world. Since beginning my career in 2008, I've had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, families, and workplace teams navigate life's challenges, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
In 2021, I expanded my work to include coaching, inspired by my own personal journey through divorce, an imbalanced lifestyle, and corporate burnout. That experience gave me an even deeper understanding of what it feels like to lose yourself while managing life's many demands, as well as what it takes to rebuild a life that feels joyful, balanced, and fulfilling. Today, I use my professional expertise and lived experience to help others move beyond simply surviving and begin genuinely thriving.
That work now takes three forms: coaching for women and men ready to change something, therapy for individuals, couples, and families, and support for the organizations carrying their people through hard things.
I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of California, Irvine, and my master's degree from the University of San Diego. My approach combines nearly two decades of clinical experience with warmth, compassion, and practical guidance. I believe people thrive when they feel genuinely understood, supported, and equipped with tools they can use in their everyday lives.
I live in beautiful Northern California with my husband and our two children. When I'm not working, you'll often find me exercising, tending to my chickens and garden, or exploring the outdoors with my friends and family.
I'm so glad you're here,
Kiley
